On September 23, 2006, WVRG held it's inaugural
ride. We had a great turn out with 21 bikes, 31 friends for 230+ miles
in the Great Northwest Countryside.
Here you'll find what we are, and are
not about.

Willamette Valley Riders Group would
like to announce their formation. WVRG is not a sanctioned
motorcycle club. We are a group of people with varied interests that
share a love of riding motorcycles, socializing and enjoying the
camaraderie of fellow bike enthusiasts. We also have a wide range of
makes and models of motorcycles. If your bike is street legal then
you're welcome to ride with us.
WVRG has no leadership, hierarchy,
structure, officers, club rules or guidelines. Each rider or
individual is regarded as an equal and has the opportunity to voice
his or her opinions and suggestions. Decisions are made as a group
for the group. There is a core group of riders who volunteer their
time to do different duties in order for the group to operate
smoothly. Those duties include webmaster, calendar coordinator and
communications. We operate with in the laws of the state in which we
are riding. When riding as a group, we use common sense and safe
riding practices, which allows us to enjoy riding and return home
safely.
HOW IT WORKS: Rides are organized by
the members of the group and are usually led by the individual that
has suggested the ride or has put in the time to organize it. The
website allows us as a group to communicate with others that share
the same interest. Rides will be posted and as a subscriber, you
will be kept up to date through the website and through e-mails.
There will also be a guest book or a forum page that can be used to
communicate with others. Most all other interactions and group
interests will be discussed on the rides. We ride all year round so
keep an eye out for the latest e-mail updates or changes to the
website.
Remember - This is YOUR site.
Your input is greatly appreciated.
On September 8, 2007, WVRG held it's Second Annual
Windfall ride. Another great turn out with more than 20 bikes and 24+
friends heading out to the McKenzie Pass.
